Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us using the "Returns" form located under customer service at the bottom of our website We will make every effort to rectify the situation. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first using the "Returns" link at the bottom of the page.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as received.

In the event that a  product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tillsonburg Gun Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tillsonburg Gun Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tillsonburg Gun Shop shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount that it was charged.
